HOW TO MAKE FREJON

Hello again, its a new week and I can't wait to make breakfast. Its a recipe I put together in my head and I will be sharing if it tastes as great as I think it will.

In response to the request on how to make Frejon, here it is.

Ingredients
500gr of cow peas beans (also known as Red Chori)
1 tin of coconut milk
500gr coconut cream
200gr of sugar
4lts of water
Gari

Method
1. Add your beans into pot of water and straight on stove , cook on high heat for about 1-1.5hr until very tender.
2. Take it from the pot and allow it to cool , then pour into food blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour back into a new pot, add sugar, coconut cream and coconut milk. Allow to cook on medium heat for about 30mins and frejon is done.
Traditionally, frejon is served with fish stew (the choice is yours) and dust Gari right on top and here you go. enjoy your FREJON!!!
